Holland took the lead with an early goal but Harwich equalised with a well-taken, powerful header from Oscar Bond.
The visitors were proving to be strong opposition for the Shrimpers and went ahead again with a well-worked second goal.
Harwich were doing well to match their opponents and Dylan Crowley levelled the scores before half time.
After the break Holland came out all guns blazing to establish a 4-2 lead.
