Harwich and Parkeston FC is proud to play host to the Harwich Primary Schools' League finals this Saturday (March 29).
The Royal Oak will again stage the two finals following a season-long effort by the area’s school teams.
The League 2 final, which kicks off at 10am, sees Ardleigh take on All Saints', of Dovercourt.
That match will be followed at 11am by the League 1 final between holders Chase Lane and Harwich Community.
Entry is free and a good crowd is usually attracted, with history showing those in attendance will likely get to watch some future Shrimpers in action.
The tea hut will be open before the during the games, serving hot food and snacks, as well as hot and cold drinks.
The kids' action, organised by the Harwich Primary Schools' Sports Association, will be followed in the afternoon by HPFC's Under-23s' game against Stanway Rovers (kick-off 3pm). The first team are away at Whittlesey.
